Vermont Soy is a start-up organic food processor in the Hardwick Industrial Park. They needed to connect with two key audiences: those looking to consume ecologically and socially responsible food; and regional farmers interested in learning how to make a profit from growing organic edible soybeans. We helped define their online and print branding. It started with the logo, labels, and the Whole Bean Way stamp to identify the Vermont Soy brand. However, the intended audiences demand substance, so we helped organize a Farmer's Forum and Field Trials to reach the potential growers. We also did research on the current global marketplace for organic soybeans so that Vermont Soy could differentiate themselves from the competition.
